The work

5 platforms. 5 industries. Built end to end.

Each one opens in a new tab, with demo access included where there is a sign-in. Nothing sits behind a contact form, a demo request or a sales call.

Meridian Freight

Built in 42 days

Dispatchers were reading six systems to answer one question: is this load going to be late?

A control tower over 2,400 active loads — live lane status, dwell-time alerts, driver roster, and an exception queue that ranks what actually needs a phone call.

Harbourpoint Hotels & Residences

Built in 38 days

The front desk, the floor and the revenue desk each kept their own version of which rooms were sellable tonight.

A shift board over 24 keys across three wings — booking-source mix, a live arrivals-to-turnover board, housekeeping state on every room, and guest profiles with the whole stay history behind them.

Simon Advisory

Built in 31 days

Six partners were each holding their own version of which filings were cleared and which fees had actually been recovered.

One console over a 612-client book — the statutory calendar with clearance counts against every date, fee income against time written off, recovery by service line, and an invoice-by-invoice client ledger.

Vance Whitcombe

Built in 24 days

A six-partner litigation boutique read online exactly like the hundred-lawyer firms it competes against.

A firm site built around the one thing that separates them — every matter argued by a partner. Practice pages per discipline, matter write-ups with the reasoning left in, and a first-call route that skips the intake desk.

Stonebridge Exteriors

Built in 27 days

A Hill Country roofing contractor was losing storm-season work to franchises with better websites and worse crews.

A contractor site that sells the crew rather than the discount — service pages per trade, a storm-damage and insurance-claim guide, service-area coverage across eleven towns, and a quote request that asks the questions an estimator actually needs.

Forge & Co

Returns and stockouts were tracked in a spreadsheet that was three days behind the warehouse.

Order lifecycle board, live inventory by SKU and location, returns triage, and a margin view that survives a discount code being abused.

What you get

The same four guarantees on every build.

Not a feature list — the parts of a project that usually get cut when a deadline moves, and that never do here.

Lighthouse
0Performance

Fast before it is pretty

Every build ships on the App Router with server components, streaming and image optimisation already wired. Performance is a starting condition, not a later ticket.

One stack, top to bottom

Next.js 16, TypeScript, Tailwind v4 and shadcn/ui on every project. Nothing bespoke to learn, nothing that stops receiving updates the week after handover.

Charts and tables that work

Recharts for anything with a trend, TanStack Table for anything with rows. Sorting, filtering, pagination and empty states are part of the build, not a phase two.

BriefDesignBuildReviewLive

Days, not quarters

A clickable prototype on your own URL inside the first week, and the finished platform live inside six. Every build on this page shipped in under seven weeks, solo.

How it works

First call to a deployed platform, in about six weeks.

0145 minutes

Scope call

We map the screens rather than the feature list. Whoever uses the system every day describes where the current process breaks down, and that becomes the specification.

02Week 1

Clickable prototype

A deployed URL using your own terminology — your objects, your statuses, your exceptions. Your team clicks through the real flow before any backend work begins.

03Week 2–5

The build

Working components, loading and empty states, roles and permissions. The unglamorous detail that separates a prototype from a system a team opens every morning.

04Week 6

Handover

Deployed on your domain, repository in your organisation, a recorded walkthrough and written documentation of where everything lives. No retainer required to keep it running.

Under the hood

Engineered to be inspected.

Most portfolios show a hero image and hope you don’t look closer. These hand you the sign-in and let the software carry the argument.

Production stack, not prototype stack

React 19 and Next.js 16 on the App Router, TypeScript end to end, shadcn/ui components, TanStack Table for anything with rows, Recharts for anything with a trend. The same stack every paid engagement ships on.

Built for the unglamorous parts

Loading states, empty states, error states, roles and permissions, keyboard navigation, and layouts that hold together on a laptop, a boardroom display and a phone. This is the detail that separates a prototype from a system a team opens every morning.

Six weeks, start to deployed

Each platform went from an empty repository to a live URL solo, inside six weeks. That delivery pace is the actual offer — not a portfolio piece polished over six months.

Communication was excellent, clear, responsive, and solution-oriented.
